ID Plan 1st Draft:

Materials Ideas:

The following are some of the materials I am considering using:

General:

·      Create a standard header and look and feel using wordle

·      Survey Monkey will be used to collect comments for summative evaluation

Blogging:

·      Presentation will be done in Google Docs Presentations

·      A link to a blogging video from YouTube

·      Students will brainstorm applications of blogging in the classroom using the class blog

Lesson Plans:

·      Presentation will be done in SmartNotebook

·      Students will be challenged to match the parts of a lesson plan with their names using SmartNotebook

Networking Basics

·      Presentation will be done in Google Docs Presentations

·      Cellphones for research – students will get the definitions by using their cellphones to text to Google or ChaCha

·      Inspiration will be used to create sample networking diagrams

·      Link to existing videos about Google Apps for Education 

Visual Thinking and Learning:

·   Inspiration 9 will be used to visually design the presentation, then I will use Inspirations presentation feature for this presentation

·      PollAnywhere.com will be used for students to brainstorm applications of Mind Mapping software in the classroom

WebQuests:

·      Powerpoint will be used for this presentation

screencast will be used to create a video to explain this lesson

·      Will provide links to sites for ideas on what to use in a WebQuest on a class wiki that students can add to
